NRBA SUMMER CAMPS!
Nate Roe Baseball Academy Summer camps feature position-specific and group training to help players of all ages develop their skills and knowledge of the game. Our talented training staff is comprised of professional baseball players and collegiate athletes that will provide all campers with a hands-on training experience.
Our camps are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm for ages 7 - 12. Camps will start on Monday morning and run through Thursday afternoon.
What to bring: each player should bring a baseball glove, bat and batting helmet. Batting gloves are optional. All campers should wear baseball appropriate clothing including a hat and baseball cleats. No jeans allowed! Also, it is strongly recommended for each camper to bring a water bottle.

Sample daily schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:30am - campers arrive/ check in
9:00am - staff intros, rules, expectations
9:10am - active dynamic warm up
9:30am - campers will go through a throwing progression including various drills
9:55am - water break
10:00am - defensive positioning skill work
4 stations (infield, outfield, catching, pitching)
Campers will choose 3 stations and will rotate after 20 minutes
11:00am: water break
11:05am: offensive work
Campers will rotate 4 stations every 15 minutes
Station 1 - tee work
Station 2 - flips in cage
Station 3 - batting practice on the field
Station 4 - heavy ball drills
12:05pm: break for lunch
12:35pm: games and competitions (home run derby, wiffle ball, pickle, longest throw,
most accurate throw, fastest throw, fastest player around the bases)
1:55pm: finish games and wrap up day
2:00pm: pick up
