Private Training with Nate Roe

At NRBA, we instill the mindset to train with a purpose. Each lesson is designed to tap into the athletes true potential by breaking down inefficiencies in movement patterns. The best way to get better at anything is to turn weaknesses into strengths. Each athlete will be given an individualized program that will focus on progressive overload. Choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions.
Lessons are available in packs of 8, 12, or 16 sessions
Pitch Consultation with Nate Roe

Good pitching always beats good hitting. Involve Nate Roe in your team training and leave all of your pitching worries to him. This option can be added to team training with an additional cost.
Group Lesson Packages

Create a competitive environment with friends. Group lesson packages are designed to educate athletes on the proper fundaments based on the skills you wish to improve. Progress will be tracked and given to each athlete. Baseball is a game of repetition and we hold all of our athletes accountable based on what they are doing when they are not physically in the facility. There is always something to work on!
Team Training Packages

If you want to get ahead of the competition, the off season is where it starts. Our cage system allows for maximum flexibility. Facility layout can be designed with an open layout (cages pulled back) or you can choose to keep one cage pulled out while also utilizing some open space. L screens, mounds and baseballs will be accessible with no additional cost.
